Refunds and cancellations

For client review: These terms are drafted to the brief. Oscar must confirm the actual notice periods, deposit rules and refund windows, and an attorney should check them against the Consumer Protection Act.

Coaching sessions

• Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and we simply move the session, at no cost.
• Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or miss a session, and it counts as delivered.
• Cancel a monthly coaching package before the next billing date and it stops with no further charge. Sessions already held are not refunded.

Keynotes and workshops

• A booking deposit confirms the date and is non-refundable.
• Cancel more than 30 days before the event and the balance is not charged. Inside 30 days the full fee is payable.
• If Oscar has to cancel for reasons within his control, you receive a full refund including the deposit.

The 30-Day Book Sprint

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed no more than the first three days of content.
• After day 7, or beyond day three of the programme, the purchase is final.
• Your writing always remains yours. You can export your manuscript whether or not you are refunded.

Manuscript review

Cancel before Oscar begins reading and you receive a full refund. Once the review has started the fee is non-refundable, because the work is already under way.

Achievers Club membership

Free membership can be ended at any time. Any paid membership tier can be cancelled before the next renewal date; we do not refund part-months.

How to request a refund

Email hello@coachoscar.co.za with your name, what you bought and the date. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
